When transcription features are used, Falcon Health accesses the device microphone to record the ambient consultation for the purpose of producing a transcription. The audio recording itself is not retained after transcription is complete. The transcription is stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Clinicians are responsible for ensuring patients are informed of, and consent to, recording in accordance with applicable professional and legal requirements.
