We built this because clinicians deserve their lives back.
Falcon Health began with a simple frustration: clinicians should not have to choose between being fully present with patients and finishing the documentation that keeps care moving.
The work matters. The letters matter. The referrals matter. But the burden of producing them should not consume every spare moment after clinical hours.
A/Prof. Dr Shihab Hameed
Medical Director and Co-founderA/Prof. Dr Shihab Hameed is a Paediatric Endocrinologist, who has been a medical practitioner for more than 20 years. He has spent much of that time doing what many clinicians do: seeing patients during the day and writing letters in the evening.
Not because he was slow. Not because he was disorganised. Because the tools available to clinicians were never designed around the full workflow of clinical care.
Dictation can be slow and expensive. Generic ambient scribes can miss the workflow around referrals and specialist correspondence. Manual letters can create a backlog that follows clinicians from clinic to home.
A/Prof. Dr Shihab Hameed started building Falcon Health because he wanted one practical thing: to finish his letters before he left the clinic. He wanted a workflow that helped clinicians stay in a flow-state during the consultation, rather than carrying documentation in the back of their mind while trying to listen, think and connect.
He suspected many clinicians wanted the same thing: not more technology for the sake of it, but a better way to protect their own time, focus, joy and freedom.

Chief Technology Officer and Co-founderRonald has spent 20 years building enterprise software across financial services, construction, education and healthcare. He knows what good software should feel like: simple to use, fast to run and designed around the person using it.
When A/Prof. Dr Shihab Hameed described the problem, Ronald recognised the gap. Clinicians were using tools that had been adapted, bolted together or built around only one part of the task.
Falcon Health was designed differently. Every feature started with a clinical workflow question: what does the clinician need at this point in the patient journey? What can be reduced, simplified or brought closer together? What would help the clinician leave clinic with less unfinished work?

The peregrine falcon is the fastest animal on Earth. It is known for precision, clarity of vision and the long history of working alongside humans. A falcon does not replace human judgement. It extends what is possible.
That is what Falcon Health is designed to do. Bringing clarity and speed. Not to replace the clinician’s judgement, but to remove the documentation burden that gets in the way of using it fully.
Empowering clinicians to deliver better care by giving them back their time, focus, joy and freedom.
Finish your letters before you leave the clinic.
The practical thing Falcon Health was built to do, for the clinicians who wanted the same.
